The Christian Civic League of Maine's Mike Hein calls Pam's House Blend:
"a leading source of radical homosexual propaganda, anti-Christian bigotry, and radical transgender advocacy."
He is "praying that Pam Spaulding will "turn away from her wicked and sinful promotion of homosexual behavior."
(CCLM's web site, 10/15/07)
Ex-gay "Christian" activist James Hartline on Pam:
"I have been mocked over and over again by ungodly and unprincipled anti-christian lesbians."
(from "Six Years In Sodom: From The Journal Of James Hartline," 9/4/2006, written from the "homosexual stronghold" of Hillcrest in San Diego)."Pam is a 'twisted lesbian sister' and an 'embittered lesbian' of the 'self-imposed gutteral experiences of the gay ghetto.'" -- 9/5/2008
Peter LaBarbera of Americans for Truth Against Homosexuality heartily endorses the Blend, calling Pam:
A "vicious anti-Christian lesbian activist." (Concerned Women for America's radio show [9:15], 1/25/07)
"A nutty lesbian blogger." (MassResistance radio show [16:25], 2/3/07)
Pam's House Blend always seems to find these sick f*cks. The area of the country she is in? The home state of her wife? I know, they are everywhere. Pam just does such a great job of bringing them out into the light.

Wow. How desperate is this man to gain a few approval points (with his Base abandoning him over immigration and Iraq)? The appropriate bill for the District of Columbia faces Dear Leader's pen because it contains a measure that supports a domestic partner registry that allows basic rights married couples take for granted. (HRC):"With his popularity at an all-time low, this president has yet again dipped his cup into the well of anti-gay bigotry," said Human Rights Campaign President Joe Solmonese. "He has issued a veto threat on funding for the District of Columbia because long-term, committed couples want to have such basic rights as visiting each other in the hospital and making medical decisions for their partner. The anti-gay zeal of this administration has reached a new low." Chris Johnson at HRC's new blog BackStory says that it appears to be a coordinated attack by the usual bible beaters (specifically the Family Research Council), the White House and Capitol Hill Republicans led by Rep. Virgil Goode (R-VA). Anything gay and these goons are on it.
Read the official White House communication on the matter: The administration strongly opposes the bill?s exclusion of a longstanding provision that disallows the use of federal funds to register unmarried, cohabitating couples in the district, to enable them to qualify for benefits on the same basis as legally married couples. Under federal law, legal marriage is the union between a man and a woman. Federal tax dollars are not used to extend employment benefits to domestic partners of federal employees, and D.C. should not enjoy an exception to this rule. If the final version of H.R. 2829 does not include this longstanding provision, the president?s senior advisors would recommend he veto the bill. It's outrageous -- and ironic, because Mary Cheney and Heather Poe had baby Samuel in D.C., not gay-hostile Virginia. I guess Bush wants to screw over Darth's grandchild. John @ Americablog:What Bush is saying is that should Heather end up in a hospital in DC, dying, Mary won't be allowed to see her because she's not "family." What Bush is saying is that if Mary and Heather's baby, Samuel David Cheney, ends up in a DC hospital with a serious illness (and forget him if he ends up in Virginia) only one parent (we're not sure which) will be allowed to visit because both clearly aren't the biological parent of their baby... Yet now those rights are in danger of being taken away by the man Mary helped get elected. Way to go, mom.) Yes, that's what the White House is saying. If Darth is running the show at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue, he clearly doesn't care what happens to his grandchild's family. |
