The Christian Civic League of Maine's Mike Hein calls Pam's House Blend:
"a leading source of radical homosexual propaganda, anti-Christian bigotry, and radical transgender advocacy."
He is "praying that Pam Spaulding will "turn away from her wicked and sinful promotion of homosexual behavior."
(CCLM's web site, 10/15/07)
Ex-gay "Christian" activist James Hartline on Pam:
"I have been mocked over and over again by ungodly and unprincipled anti-christian lesbians."
(from "Six Years In Sodom: From The Journal Of James Hartline," 9/4/2006, written from the "homosexual stronghold" of Hillcrest in San Diego)."Pam is a 'twisted lesbian sister' and an 'embittered lesbian' of the 'self-imposed gutteral experiences of the gay ghetto.'" -- 9/5/2008
Peter LaBarbera of Americans for Truth Against Homosexuality heartily endorses the Blend, calling Pam:
A "vicious anti-Christian lesbian activist." (Concerned Women for America's radio show [9:15], 1/25/07)
"A nutty lesbian blogger." (MassResistance radio show [16:25], 2/3/07)
Pam's House Blend always seems to find these sick f*cks. The area of the country she is in? The home state of her wife? I know, they are everywhere. Pam just does such a great job of bringing them out into the light.

| I wrote an article before about how the University Of North Texas student ran Senate voted to not allow same-sex or gender neutral couples to run for Homecoming King and Queen. The school has couples run as a whole instead of seperately for the position, and it only allows female and male couplings to do it. This vote created somewhat of an uproar among the local GLBT community, as well as UNT students and GLBTA alumni. The senate voted 22-1 to put it to a vote for the whole student body. The one no vote was from a student who said she had no objections to the vote, she just didn't agree with the wording, saying it was biased. More below.

| ojrocks :: UNT running special same-sex/gender neutral election for Homecoming Dance |
From untsga.com The student body will be able to vote beginning Monday, November 16th for whether or not same-sex and/or gender-neutral couples should be able to run for homecoming court via www.untsga.com. The election, passed by the Student Senate, will end on Friday, November 20th at 5pm. Please contact SGA with any questions, and be sure to spread the word about the upcoming election. The ballot will ask: Should the Student Senate change the SGA By-Laws to allow same-sex couples and gender-neutral couples the ability to run for Homecoming Court? Yes or No The wording doesn't seem to be biased to me, so I wonder what she had a problem with. As of right now, a CBS poll has 21% support for same-sex couples to run, and 76% against. But that is a larger Texas community, not the campus the vote will be on. It wll be interesting to see how this plays out. You can contact GLAD (Gay and Lesbian Association of Denton) for more information, or how to help. |
