On that list is one Stephen Pidgeon, Esq.  I guess if they're not embarrassed to glom onto the wingnutty Constitution Party, they'll accept about anyone.  Stephen Pidgeon is one, um, interesting individual.  If you:

On March 25, 2009, Stephen Pidgeon contacted World Net Daily, claiming he was being surveilled by shadowy figures.

[Pidgeon] reported there were three law enforcement vehicles parked nearby [his home], along with three black Suburban-style vehicles carrying camouflage-wearing agents, apparently from Homeland Security.

"There's definitely observation," attorney Stephen Pidgeon told WND. "Maybe observation in anticipation of making an arrest."

Several hours after Pidgeon returned WND's call, he called again.

"We are definitely under surveillance and it's coordinated with Homeland Security," he said.

He said one of his associates had been followed from his home to the law firm's downtown office, and the associate was stopped just outside the building.

"The police officer claimed he didn't have brake lights working," Pidgeon said. "But he does."

What Happened to Pigeon and $.  We looked through the messages and have seen nothing about Mr. Pigeon and Company to whom we gave money to find documentation. Ed said last week information was coming this weekend or next; now nothing? Not even an optimistic hope?. We like picnics, but we also like some follow up. IS THIS A WASHOUT?

The plaintiffs have elected not to make an appeal to the US Supreme Court, but are considering other strategies.

So Over the Top, You'll Expect Him to Break Out in Song!

Esquire Pidgeon will do great things for The Crumbling Coalition of Fanatical Fringe.  Imagine the support he'll rally for the cause by telling a Washington public that overwhelmingly supports domestic partnerships and marriage equality:

President Obama has further expressed his intent to expand "hate crimes legislations, which includes enacting "hate speech" laws...This law means that a person practicing homosexuality, bisexuality, cybersex, incest, pedophilia, necrophilia, polygamy, bigamy, sodomy, bestiality, prostitution, fetishism, transvestitism, even arguably wife-beating, will be able to bring a prosecution against a person who makes a phone call, sends a text message, makes a Facebook entry or a website post, sends an email or a letter/newsletter that in the eyes of the person offended is likely to expose them to hatred or contempt.
